The Final of the Basketball King’s Cup will be held at the Palau Sant Jordi, located in Montjuïc. This impressive site was built for the Barcelona Olympics in 1992 and is now a well-known space for the Barça team. Palau Sant Jordi was the venue for the Barça matches during the seasons from 1990-1992 and has also played here other finals such as the Final Four in 2003 when the club won its first Euroleague here or in 2011 for the same competition (Barça fell in the semifinals against Panatinaikos). The big dimensions of the Palau Sant Jordi allow to accommodate nearly 17,000 spectators.
This is without doubt one of the most important meetings for Spanish basketball, which brings together basketball fans to enjoy a few days of excitement, sportsmanship and passion with the best clubs and players from the ACB (Spanish Basketball League).
This year the tickets are available in advance and are between 10 and 20% cheaper than last year.
